Job Title:Captain - Store Operations (Blinkit)

Department: Warehouse / Dark Store Operations
Location: Osmanpura aurangabad, Maharashtra

Reports To: Assistant Manager / Store Manager

Key Responsibilities

Goods Issuance & Dispatch Support
- Issue grocery items and packed orders to delivery partners as per system orders
- Ensure correct quantity and quality of goods before handover
- Maintain proper handover records and confirmations

Inventory Handling & Audit
- Conduct daily stock audits and cycle counts
- Verify inward goods against invoices and system entries
- Identify shortages, damages, and mismatches and report immediately

Store Operations
- Ensure organized storage and FIFO practices
- Support picking and packing operations during peak hours
- Maintain cleanliness and safety standards inside the store





Reporting & Documentation
- Maintain daily logs of goods issued, returns, and discrepancies
- Update inventory systems accurately
- Prepare basic operational reports for supervisors

Coordination
- Coordinate with delivery partners, pickers, and supervisors for smooth workflow
- Escalate delays, stock issues, or system errors on time

Education:
- 12th Pass / Graduate (preferred)

Experience:
- Fresher's are welcome
- 1-3 years in warehouse, retail store, or quick commerce operations preferred

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month
