Responsibilities:
- Brand Adherence: Ensure all design output maintains consistency with established brand guidelines, tone, and visual language.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, content, and product teams to translate marketing strategies and objectives into compelling visual designs.
- Asset Management: Organise and maintain the digital asset library, ensuring files are properly named, versioned, and accessible to the relevant teams.
- Feedback Integration: Participate actively in design reviews, incorporating feedback from stakeholders and senior designers effectively and efficiently.
- Print Production: Prepare finalised designs for external printing, including proper colour separation, bleed setup, and file formatting.
- Trend Awareness: Stay updated on current graphic design trends, tools, and technologies to ensure the output remains fresh and cutting-edge.

Qualifications: Essential Skills and Experience
- Experience: 1 to 3 years of professional experience in graphic design, either in-house or at an agency.
- Portfolio: A solid,



diverse portfolio demonstrating proficiency in visual hierarchy, typography, colour theory, and layout.
- Software Proficiency: Expert knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite, specifically Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
- Technical Knowledge: Understanding of design principles for both digital (web resolution, mobile optimisation) and print media (CMYK, spot colours, dpi).
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate design rationale clearly.

Desired (but not required) Skills
- Experience with video editing software (e.g., Premiere Pro, After Effects) is a plus.
- Experience designing for e-commerce or specific industry platforms (e.g., SaaS, B2C).

Education
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
