The Iron Worker (Pressman) is responsible for ironing and finishing garments and linens to ensure high-quality, wrinkle-free output as per company standards.

Key Responsibilities:
- Iron clothes and linens using steam press or hand iron
- Ensure proper finishing, folding, and presentation
- Check garments for stains or damages before ironing
- Set temperature according to fabric type
- Maintain cleanliness of machines and work area
- Achieve daily ironing/production targets
- Follow safety and quality standards
- Assist in packing and sorting if required

Requirements / Qualifications:
- Minimum education: 8th / 10th pass
- 1-3 years experience preferred (freshers can apply)
- Knowledge of fabrics and ironing techniques
- Physically fit for standing work

Job Types: Full time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
