Operate and monitor Tetra processing and packaging machines according to standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Perform routine checks and adjustments to ensure optimal machine performance and product quality.
- Monitor production parameters, including temperature, pressure, and flow rates, making necessary corrections as needed.
- Conduct regular quality control checks on finished products to ensure they meet specified standards and regulatory requirements.
- Troubleshoot minor mechanical or operational issues and perform basic preventive maintenance tasks to minimize downtime.
- Record production data, machine performance metrics, and quality control results accurately and promptly.
- Adhere to all safety regulations, company policies,



and Positive Manufacturing Practices (GMP) to maintain a safe and hygienic working environment.
- Collaborate effectively with the maintenance team for complex repairs and scheduled equipment servicing.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area and machinery at all times.
- Assist in training new operators on machine operation, safety protocols, and quality procedures.
- Identify and report any equipment malfunctions, safety hazards, or quality deviations to the supervisor immediately.
