Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that encourage intellectual, physical, emotional, and social development.
- Foster a safe, welcoming, and stimulating classroom workplace.
- Encourage creativity, curiosity, and independent thinking in children through various activities and games.
- Supervise and interact with children during playtime, meals, and other activities to ensure safety and well-being.
- Monitor and assess each child’s progress and provide individual attention as needed.
- Communicate regularly with parents about their child’s progress, achievements, and areas for improvement.
- Ensure compliance with all licensing regulations and center policies.
- Promote and implement positive discipline strategies.
- Participate in staff meetings,



training sessions, and professional development opportunities.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven experience working with young children (preschool or early childhood education).
- Knowledge of early childhood development and age-appropriate practices.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Patient, nurturing, and enthusiastic about working with children.
