Role Description The Branch Manager is responsible for leading and managing day-to-day operations of the branch in Odisha in a full-time, on-site capacity. This includes overseeing gold loan and other financial products,



ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines, and maintaining high standards of customer service. The role involves setting and achieving branch sales and collection targets, supervising and mentoring branch staff, and monitoring cash operations, documentation, and risk controls. The Branch Manager will develop local business relationships, drive marketing and outreach activities, and analyze branch performance data to improve efficiency and profitability. Coordination with regional and head office teams for reporting, audits, training, and implementation of recent initiatives is a key part of the role.
