OT Staff Nurse

Salary - 35,000/- To 45,000/- (Depend Interview)

Experience - 2-3 years of experience in OT

Qualification - GNM / B.Sc. Nursing (MNC Registration Mandatory)

Responsibilities:
- Prepare the Operation Theatre before surgeries, ensuring all instruments, equipment, and sterile supplies are ready.
- Assist surgeons, anesthetists, and OT technicians during surgical procedures.
- Maintain strict aseptic and sterile techniques as per hospital protocols.
- Perform roles such as Scrub Nurse / Circulating Nurse as assigned.
- Monitor patient condition before, during, and after surgery and report any abnormalities.
- Ensure proper positioning and safety of patients during surgical procedures.
- Maintain accurate documentation of OT records, surgical counts, and patient charts.
- Handle surgical instruments, linen,



and equipment before and after procedures.
- Ensure proper disposal of biomedical waste according to hospital and NABH guidelines.
- Follow infection control policies and OT safety standards.
- Coordinate with recovery room staff for smooth patient transfer post-surgery.
- Participate in emergency surgeries and OT on-call duties as per roster.
- Support quality assurance and continuous improvement initiatives in OT services.

Job Types: Full time, Permanent

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
