This role includes inspection, identification, and handling of incoming raw materials in accordance with quality procedures.
- Preparation of Purchase Orders.
- Receiving and verification of incoming raw materials against Purchase Order and Delivery Challan.
- Preparing Purchase Records, GRN.
- Maintain accurate tracking of purchase orders in Excel Sheets to monitor material status, delivery schedules, and pending quantities.
- Maintain records of material received and forward the material to store.
- Inspect electronic components as per defined inspection plans and maintain incoming inspection records and reports.
- Sample testing of electronic components with inspection tools - multimeter, vernier caliper.
- Raise Non-Conformance Reports (NCR) for rejected materials.
- Preparation of reports and records as per ISO 9001:2015 standards.
- Assist in material handling and material storage

Qualifications and Skills.




- ITI Electronics / Diploma in Electronics (ITI electronics background is preferred)
- Should have knowledge about the features and functionality of all the electronic components.
- 1-2 years of experience as Incoming Quality Control (IQC) or Quality Assurance
- Should be well versed with Microsoft Word and Excel
- Good knowledge of quality inspection methods and tools.
- Ability to read technical drawings, data sheets, and specifications.
- Familiarity with inspection instruments (vernier caliper, multimeter, gauges, etc.).

Office timings: Monday to Saturday 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM.

Office Location: Vartak Nagar, Thane West

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
