Required Skills : Communication: Excellent verbal communication and listening skills. Proficiency: Familiarity with telephone systems, basic computer knowledge is a plus. Interpersonal Skills: Persuasive, confident, and patient. Education: Graduation or equivalent is generally required. Common Qualifications : Good Communication skills, can work effeciently as a telecaller, telesales representative, or in customer service, Ability to follow scripts effectively.
