Role Description The International Business Development Executive will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities for Konnect Books & Taxes across international markets, with a particular focus on North America and other key regions. This full time, on-site role is based in Pune City and involves prospecting potential clients, qualifying leads, and managing the end-to-end business development cycle from initial outreach to contract closure. The executive will conduct market research, build and maintain a robust sales pipeline, prepare tailored proposals and presentations, and collaborate closely with the delivery and finance teams to align client requirements with service offerings. Daily activities include engaging with decision-makers through calls, meetings, and digital channels; representing the firm in online and in-person events; and tracking performance metrics using CRM and sales tools.
