Outbound/Inbound Sales: Call prospective clients to promote products, explain features, and persuade them to make purchases.
- Lead Generation & Follow-up: Identify current business opportunities, follow up on leads, and nurture prospects to close deals.
- Customer Service: Address client inquiries, concerns, and complaints professionally to maintain high satisfaction.
- Data Management: Accurately update CRM systems with contact details and conversation notes.
- Target Achievement: Meet or exceed daily, weekly, or monthly call volume and sales targets.
