KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Sales & Business Development:
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals
- Conduct product presentations and detailing sessions

Reporting & Documentation:
- Maintain daily call reports (DCR) and sales reports
- Update CRM system regularly
- Submit expense reports and tour plans
- Track prescription generation and sales conversion

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

Education:
- Any Graduate with solid interest in pharmaceutical sales

Experience:
- Freshers welcome (0-2 year experience)
- Internship in pharma/healthcare sector (advantage)

Skills:
- Excellent communication skills (English & Regional language)
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities
- Self-motivated and target-driven
- Basic computer skills (MS Office, CRM)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
