We are seeking a technically solid AutoCAD Draughtsman with working knowledge of Revit to support architectural, structural, and MEP coordination for large-scale real estate developments.
This is a technical execution role with high accountability.
Key Responsibilities
1. Architectural Drafting
- Reviewing detailed architectural drawings including plans, sections, elevations, layouts, and working drawings.
- Develop submission drawings and GFC (Good for Construction) drawings.
- Ensure dimensional accuracy and consistency across drawing sets.
- Maintain proper drawing revisions and version control.
2. Revit & BIM Support
- Work on Revit models for architectural coordination.
- Extract drawings and schedules from BIM models.
- Assist in resolving model clashes in coordination with consultants.
- Update models as per design revisions.
3. Multi-Disciplinary Coordination
- Review and interpret structural, MEP, and architectural drawings.
- Coordinate with MEP, structural,
and façade consultants to resolve drawing conflicts.
- Identify clashes, inconsistencies, and missing information before issue.
- Maintain consolidated drawing sets across disciplines.
4. Regulatory & Compliance Awareness
- Assist in preparation of drawings aligned with Mumbai DCPR planning regulations.
- Support preparation of submission drawings as per approval requirements.
- Ensure planning parameters (FSI, setbacks, fire norms, refuge areas, etc.) are reflected correctly in drawings.
5. Documentation & Drawing Control
- Maintain organized digital drawing folders.
- Track drawing revisions and consultant submissions.
- Ensure only approved drawings are circulated for execution.
- Support preparation of area statements and basic calculation sheets where required.
Required Skills & Profile
- 3-8 years of relevant drafting experience (real estate preferred).
- Strong proficiency in AutoCAD.
- Working knowledge of Revit
