Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, software, networks, and printers.

Monitor and maintain LAN/WAN network systems.

Provide technical support to employees for hardware, software, and connectivity issues.

Ensure cybersecurity measures are implemented and updated.

Coordinate with external vendors for IT equipment and AMC services.

Maintain ERP software and troubleshoot related issues.

Monitor CCTV systems and access control systems (if applicable).

Maintain IT inventory and documentation.

Ensure data security and compliance with company policies.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.





2-5 years of experience in IT support or system administration.

Strong knowledge of Windows OS, networking, and hardware troubleshooting.

Basic knowledge of firewall, routers, and switches.

Experience with ERP systems preferred.

Positive problem-solving and communication skills.

Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks.

Preferred Skills

Knowledge of cybersecurity best practices.

Experience in manufacturing/FMCG industry.

Familiarity with cloud services (Google Workspace / Microsoft 365).

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
