Prep Right is a child-centric early learning centre where learning is joyful, thoughtful, and developmentally meaningful. We believe in nurturing curiosity, confidence, and creativity in young children through play-based and brain-friendly approaches.

We are looking for a passionate preschool educator who loves working with young children and can also contribute to curriculum design and social media content. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys teaching, playing, creating, and learning.

Preschool Teaching & Child Engagement
- Plan and conduct engaging, age-appropriate activities for young children
- Create a warm, safe, and joyful classroom setting
- Play, talk, sing, read, and interact with children enthusiastically
- Observe children and support their emotional, social, and developmental needs
- Build positive relationships with children and parents

Curriculum Design & Planning
- Design and adapt developmentally appropriate curriculum and activity plans
- Incorporate play-based, experiential, and right-brain friendly approaches
- Innovate activities using storytelling,



movement, music, and sensory play
- Document learning goals and outcomes clearly

Social Media & Content Creation
- Manage basic social media content for Prep Right (Instagram/WhatsApp)
- Create simple posts, reels, captions, and stories showcasing classroom moments
- Use AI tools (like Canva, ChatGPT, etc.) to generate content ideas and visuals
- Maintain brand tone: warm, thoughtful, and child-focused

Skills & Requirements

Must-Have Qualities
- Genuine love for children and enjoyment in their company
- Friendly, patient, energetic, and emotionally warm
- Natural aptitude for playing, talking, and connecting with kids
- Creative thinker with strong observation skills

Professional Skills
- Background in Early Childhood Education / Preschool Teaching (preferred)
- Ability to design engaging and meaningful curriculum
- Comfortable using AI tools for planning, content, and creativity
