Key Roles & Responsibilities
- Promote company products to doctors, physicians, and healthcare professionals
- Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets for the assigned territory
- Conduct regular visits to doctors, hospitals, clinics, and pharmacies
- Generate and maintain prescriptions for company products
- Organize and participate in product launches, CMEs, and promotional activities
- Provide accurate product information, literature, and samples to doctors
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key doctors and stockists
- Ensure product availability at chemists and distributors
- Collect market intelligence on competitors, pricing, and new product launches
- Submit daily call reports, sales reports, and tour plans
- Follow company policies, ethical guidelines, and compliance norms

Required Skills & Competencies
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Good convincing and negotiation ability




- Basic knowledge of pharmaceutical products and therapy areas
- Ability to work independently and achieve targets
- Good interpersonal and relationship-building skills

Educational Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree (B.Sc, B.Pharm, BAMS, BUMS, BHMS, or any graduate)

Experience
- 0-3 years of experience as a Medical Representative (preferred)
- Freshers with good communication skills may be considered

Other Requirements
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory
- Two-wheeler with valid driving license (preferred)
- Smart, confident, and result-oriented approach

Job Types: Full time, Permanent

Pay: From ₹18,000.00 per month
