Job Summary:




- The BIM Architect is responsible for developing, managing, and coordinating Building Information Models (BIM) throughout all project phases. This role supports architectural design excellence by producing accurate models, construction drawings, and technical documentation while collaborating closely with multidisciplinary teams and project stakeholders. The BIM Architect ensures design intent, quality, and compliance are maintained from concept through construction.Major Responsibilities:
- Perform model audits for geometry, data accuracy, naming conventions, and compliance
- Support intra and inter-discipline coordination meetings and issue resolution
- Manage model exchanges, version control, and model publishing
- Enforce BIM Execution Plan (BEP), project BIM standards, and LOD requirements
- Review models for: Constructability and coordination readiness, Parameter compliance, and data consistenc
