- Clinical Operations: Oversee daily medical services, ensure efficient delivery, manage patient flow, and maintain high standards of care.
- Staff Supervision & Leadership: Mentor junior staff, guide physicians, manage medical teams, and contribute to staff training and development.
- Administration & Compliance: Maintain accurate records, manage budgets, ensure adherence to healthcare regulations, and handle risk management.
- Health Initiatives: Implement preventive care programs, participate in health education, and contribute to research or public health initiatives.
