_TRRINZO PIZZERIA_ is a fast-growing, mass-premium wood-fired Neapolitan pizza brand. We are looking for a Demi Chef de Partie who is passionate about quality food, kitchen discipline, and long-term growth in a professional kitchen environment.

₹21,000 - ₹23,000 per month
(Based on experience & skill level)

Working Hours:

12:00 PM - 11:00 PM

Key Responsibilities:

-:
- Assist Head Chef in daily kitchen operations
- Prepare pizzas, sauces, toppings, and other menu items as per SOP
- Ensure consistency in taste, portioning, and presentation
- Operate wood-fired oven and maintain baking standards
- Maintain hygiene, food safety, and kitchen cleanliness
- Support inventory, prep planning, and stock control
- Follow all kitchen SOPs, recipes, and safety standards

Weekly Off / Leaves:

2 leaves per month, as per management decision

Leave not allowed on:
- Saturdays & Sundays
Public holidays & festivals
When Head Chef is absent




- 1-3 years of kitchen experience (QSR / café / pizzeria preferred)
- Basic knowledge of Italian / pizza cooking is an advantage
- Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen
- Good discipline, teamwork, and willingness to learn
