As the Executive Assistant to the Director, you will play a crucial role in providing high-level administrative support, enabling the Director to focus on strategic and leadership responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities:
Communication Liaison:
Act as the primary point of contact between the director and internal/external stakeholders.
Draft, review, and respond to emails on behalf of the director, ensuring clarity and professionalism.
Documentation and Reporting:
Prepare reports, presentations, and briefing materials for meetings and presentations.
Maintain accurate and organized records, ensuring timely retrieval of information when needed.
Task Prioritization:
Assist the director in managing priorities by handling routine tasks and managing workflow.
Anticipate the needs of the director and proactively address them.
Special Projects:
Undertake special projects and assignments as directed by the director.

Employee Relations:
