Role Description The Relationship Associate is a full-time, on-site role based at Rainbow International School in Thane. This position focuses on building and maintaining strong relationships with parents, guardians, and external stakeholders to support student success and satisfaction. Day-to-day responsibilities include responding to inquiries, guiding families through admissions and onboarding processes, coordinating meetings between stakeholders and school leadership,



and providing timely updates on school activities, policies, and events.

The role involves collecting and analyzing feedback, supporting resolution of concerns in a professional manner, and collaborating with academic and administrative teams to improve overall stakeholder experience.
