Role Description

- A qualified Registered Nurse at PRVNT must hold a valid nursing license with proven IV administration.
- Solid communication is essential to clearly explain procedures, setting expectations, and keeping patients calm and informed throughout.
- The nurse provides patient counseling on pre- and post-IV care, contraindications, and what to expect, ensuring informed comfort rather than just clinical compliance.
- Close coordination with the physician is non-negotiable — confirming orders, escalating abnormal vitals or reactions immediately, and never deviating from approved protocols independently.
- Attention to detail (accurate dosing, batch tracking, documentation) and a calm, empathetic bedside manner round out the profile,



along with the ability to manage multiple patients efficiently without compromising safety or care quality.
- Separately, the role demands calm under pressure: responding to adverse events or complications with composure.

Qualifications

- Current RN license/registration and eligibility to practice as a Registered Nurse, with strong clinical assessment and patient care skills
- Experience in preventive care, primary care, or chronic disease management is preferable
- Proficiency with electronic health records and comfort working with digital health tools, is preferable
- Strong communication, counseling, and patient education skills, including the ability to explain complex information in clear, supportive langaug
- Attention to detail, reliable documentation practices, and commitment to privacy, safety, and regulatory compliance
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN) or equivalent preferred; prior experience in a technology-enabled or innovative care setting is an advantage
