We are looking for a Regional Learning & Development (L&D;) Trainer who will be responsible for driving all training initiatives across the NCR Production Center (PC). The role focuses on enhancing workforce capability, improving operational efficiency, and ensuring consistent training standards.

- Own and execute end-to-end training initiatives for NCR PC
- Conduct induction and LTO and role-based assessments for new joiners
- Deliver functional, behavioral, food safety, process, compliance and skill-based training
- Identify training needs through stakeholder interactions, operational requirements, audits and performance gaps
- Design and implement refresher and on the job training programs
- Drive multiskilling, cross-functional skill development and machine certification for shop floor employees
- Conduct mandatory training programs including food safety, POSH and other compliance requirements.
- Ensure training coverage and effectiveness for all PC Licians
- Track and report training metrics
- Collaborate with Operations, HR, and Central L&D; teams to align learning initiatives with business and compliance requirements
- Drive continuous improvement in training content and delivery
- Manage the PC training calendar, scheduling, execution and training records.
- Eligibility Criteria:
- Graduate in any discipline (preferred: HR / Training / Operations)
- 2–5 years of experience in L&D; / Training
- Experience in Logistics, E-commerce, or Operations preferred
- Solid communication and presentation skills
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders
