Key Responsibilities

- Manage and grow the distributor network across West India.

- Appoint new distributors and expand market reach.

- Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets.

- Manage existing key accounts and develop new key accounts.

- Build strong relationships with distributors and customers.

- Identify new business opportunities across Retail, Hotels, Healthcare, Institutional and Corporate segments.

- Ensure product availability and timely order execution.

- Monitor sales, stock, collections and distributor performance.

- Conduct regular market visits and track competitor activities.

- Work closely with Supply Chain, Finance and Operations teams for smooth execution.

- Handle customer issues and ensure timely resolution.

- Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts.

- Lead and motivate the regional sales team.

Candidate Profile

- 8–12 years of experience in Sales/Distribution/Key Accounts.

- Experience in FMCG, Beauty & Personal Care or Wellness preferred.

- Strong distributor and market network in West India.

- Valuable communication and negotiation skills.

- Strong business development and relationship-management skills.

- Willingness to travel across the West region.

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year
