Salary: 30,000 – 40,000 per month

Job Responsibilities

- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve regional business and revenue targets.
- Lead, manage, and motivate the sales team to achieve assigned targets.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base within the assigned region.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and key stakeholders.
- Monitor sales performance, pipeline, and conversion rates on a regular basis.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, negotiations, and follow-ups whenever required.
- Analyse market trends, customer requirements, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.




- Ensure effective lead generation, follow-ups, and timely closure of business opportunities.
- Prepare regular sales reports and provide updates on regional performance to the management.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution and delivery of client requirements.

• Drive the team towards achieving monthly, quarterly, and annual sales objectives.

Candidate Profile:
- MBA / B.Tech candidates are eligible.
- Strong communication, leadership, and negotiation skills.
- Proven ability to manage sales targets and drive business growth.
- Good understanding of sales processes, lead generation, and client relationship management.
- Solid analytical and decision-making abilities.

• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of leading a team.

Working Hours: 9:30 AM – 6:00 PM

Weekly Off: Sunday
