KOGTA FINANCIAL (INDIA) LIMITED is urgently looking for Regional Sales Manager (Car loan) based out at Bhopal (MP).

Role Summary:

Responsible for driving sales across the Car finance for Madhya Pradesh

Key Responsibilities:

- Taking care of car loans (Used/new) business all across the states.
- Management of Cluster Team & Branches assigned and further expansion at regular intervals.
- Achievement of business plan.
- Regular review meetings with team below & above.
- Team motivation for business growth.
- Portfolio management in coordination Credit, OPS & Collection.
- Strong check on the ED & NS cases.
- Team Building.
- Training and People Development.

Required Candidate profile:

- An aggressive and versatile business professional having a proven track record.
- Positive grasping over collections should be there.




- Must posses good leadership skills to drive the team.
- Must be tech savvy and also be willing to travel extensively.
- Detailed knowledge of vehicle loan / refinance industry.
- Strong network / relationship with dealers and resellers.
- Candidates from the NBFC / Banking sector shall only be considered for the said profile.
- Having a fair understanding from credit perspective.

Qualifications & Experience:

- Graduate/MBA with 12-20 years in car finance.
- Willing to travel extensively within the state.

- Base location : Bhopal
