Qualifications
Preferred Qualification: Cisco Experience
Domain Knowledge : Order Management & Supply Chain
Business Process : Deal Management, Quote to Cash, Invoicing, Logistics & Returns, Contract Management, Renewal, SW Subscription
Tool & Technology :
Commerce Tool: CCW, CCW-R,CCW Sub UI (Must)
Analytics & Reporting: SOWB, Connect Dot, SFDC, Disti WIPS, PSS, Service BO,IB Analytics (Positive to have)
Case Management :Pega, Customer Service Hub & Service Now (Valuable to have)
Project Tracking Tools: Microsoft List & Jira (Good to have)
