Work Schedule: 5 Days Working | Sunday & Monday Fixed Off

Key Responsibilities
Connect with prospective students through calls, leads, and other communication channels.
Understand students’ academic and career goals and recommend suitable UG/PG programs.
Provide transparent and accurate information about courses, eligibility, fees, university offerings, and admission processes.
Handle the complete student journey from counselling to enrollment.
Follow up consistently with prospective students and maintain robust engagement.
Achieve monthly admission and revenue targets.
Maintain accurate lead and follow-up records in the CRM.
Build trust with students through a consultative counselling approach rather than just transactional selling.

What We’re Looking For




Minimum 1 year of experience in UG/PG program sales or education counselling is mandatory.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Positive convincing, negotiation, and follow-up abilities.
Target-oriented with a robust ownership mindset.
Ability to understand student requirements and recommend the right academic pathway.
Experience in EdTech, Higher Education, Online Education, or University Admissions will be preferred.
