Your Role Will Include:
- Creating and executing a menu of contemporary, clean, and seasonal bakery items.




- Carrying out pre launch and post launch trials with finesse.
- Experimenting with mínimalistic aesthetics
- Working closely with the founding team to shape the identity of the café
- Being part of a lean, soulful team where your voice and vision matter
- Training junior staff (as we grow) and maintaining standards from day one
