We are looking for Registered Pharmacist
A Registered Pharmacist (RPh) is a licensed healthcare qualified responsible for safely dispensing medications, counseling patients on proper drug usage, and ensuring regulatory compliance in hospital, retail, or clinic settings. They review prescriptions for accuracy, manage inventory, and collaborate with healthcare providers to optimize patient outcomes. Key Responsibilities
- Dispensing & Accuracy: Interpret, verify, and dispense prescription medications, checking for appropriate dosages, contraindications, and drug interactions.
- Patient Counseling: Advise patients on medication instructions, potential side effects, and storage.
- Compliance: Adhere to all state, federal, and pharmacy laws, maintaining precise records of controlled substances.
- Inventory Management: Manage stock, including ordering, organizing, and removing expired or damaged drugs.
- Clinical Collaboration: Work with physicians and other healthcare providers to manage patient drug therapies.
- Team Management: Oversee and verify the work of pharmacy technicians and assistants.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy (B.Pharm) or PharmD.
- Licensure: Valid license/registration with the State Pharmacy Council.
- Skills: Strong communication, attention to detail, and customer service skills.
Common Working Conditions
- Full-time roles often involving rotational, evening, or weekend shifts.
- High-stress environments requiring prolonged standing and lifting of inventory.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
