Job Title: Camara Recorder

Department: Operations / Administration
Reporting To: Management / Admin Incharge

Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor Process Coordinators:
- Record observations, including floor details and any mistakes found.
- Tailoring Unit Monitoring:
- Inspect the tailoring unit on alternate days.
- Note and report any operational or quality issues.
- Staff Lunch Area:
- Monitor staff lunch area for hygiene, discipline, and time management.
- Folding and Shop Floor Areas:
- Supervise two floors’ folding area, lunch area, cash counter, and shop floor.
- Prepare a daily observation report mentioning the floors inspected.
- Night Guard Supervision:
- Check night guard’s attentiveness and duty performance.
- Record and report any lapses or irregularities.
- Staff Activity Observation:
- Randomly select one staff member daily (or as directed by YJ) and monitor their activity and productivity.
- Record name and observation details.
- Incident Reporting:
- If any staff member is found making mistakes,



record evidence and share relevant video clips with management via the official WhatsApp group.
- Mobile Phone Custody:
- Collect all mobile phones from the Purchase Department and Tailoring Unit during office hours and keep them in secure custody until closing.
- LED Screen Updates:
- Update all LED screens with the latest shoot or media.
- Maintain separate pen drives for different floors.
- Terrace and Security Check:
- Inspect one branch terrace daily (physically or via CCTV).
- Inform the Admin Incharge immediately in case of any suspicious activity.
- Trailer Unit Supervision:
- Review the work of all employees in the trailer unit through camera monitoring.
- In case of doubt or concern, consult with PJ and YJ for verification.

- Ability to handle confidential data responsibly
- Proficiency in report writing
