Job Title: Dispatch Supervisor:

- Shift: 9:00 AM - 9:00 PM _

Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate the loading of trucks with the correct materials as per dispatch requirements:
- Take full responsibility for verifying the number of bags being dispatched
- Manage and oversee loading labour, ensuring productive and safe loading practices
- Communicate effectively with internal departments and logistics teams to ensure smooth dispatch operations
- Maintain dispatch records and ensure documentation accuracy
- Be available to extend working hours (up to 10 PM) on days of high dispatch volume

Requirements:
- Prior experience in dispatch/logistics or warehouse operations preferred
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to manage a team of labourers and coordinate under time constraints
- Physically fit and willing to work long hours when needed
- Reliable, punctual, and responsible

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
