Key Responsibilities:
- Teach Accountancy to Classes XI & XII as per CBSE norms.
- Plan and implement structured lesson plans and yearly academic schedules.
- Prepare worksheets, assignments, question papers, and revision modules.
- Conduct unit tests, periodic assessments, and pre-board examinations.
- Evaluate answer scripts and maintain accurate academic records.
- Provide academic mentoring, doubt-clearing, and remedial support to students.
- Participate in school academic meetings, CBSE documentation, and inspections.
- Contribute positively to the residential/boarding school culture.

Eligibility Criteria:
- M.Com (Master’s degree in Commerce) - Mandatory.
- B.Ed - Mandatory.
- 5 to 7 years of teaching experience as PGT Accountancy in reputed CBSE boarding schools.




- Strong knowledge of CBSE syllabus, assessment patterns, and evaluation standards.
- Excellent communication, classroom management, and student mentoring skills.
- Ability to adapt to a disciplined, residential school environment.

Desirable Skills:
- Experience in board exam preparation and result-oriented teaching.
- Familiarity with smart classroom tools and digital teaching aids.
- Commitment to student discipline, ethics, and holistic development.
