The Field Sales Executive is responsible for managing end-to-end tractor delivery operations, ensuring smooth coordination between customers, sales team, and service staff. The role includes hiring and managing salesmen, improving field productivity, ensuring timely deliveries, and maintaining high customer satisfaction. The person will monitor daily performance, achieve delivery targets, and strengthen dealer/branch operations.

Key Responsibilities

1) Tractor Delivery Management
- Ensure timely and smooth tractor deliveries as per customer commitment.
- Coordinate with sales, service, RTO/registration, and transport team for delivery completion.
- Maintain delivery checklist: PDI, accessories, documents, registration, warranty activation.
- Ensure proper delivery process with customer satisfaction and acknowledgment.

2) Sales Team Handling
- Hire and onboard field salesmen as per target requirement.
- Train salesmen on product knowledge, selling skills, and customer handling.
- Monitor daily field activity and performance of the sales team.




- Maintain discipline and ensure proper reporting format.

3) Productivity Improvement
- Increase salesman productivity through route planning and village-wise coverage.
- Daily monitoring of:
- Calls/visits done
- Leads generated
- Test drives arranged
- Booking conversions
- Set daily, weekly, and monthly targets for salesmen and track achievements.

4) Lead & Customer Management
- Ensure customer follow-ups for deliveries and pending payments.
- Handle customer issues during delivery and ensure quick resolution.
- Maintain customer database and delivery status records.

5) Reporting & Documentation
- Prepare daily and weekly reports on:
- Delivery plan vs actual
- Salesmen performance
- Pending deliveries & reasons
- Maintain delivery files and necessary documents properly.

6) Coordination & Branch Support
- Coordinate with mechanics and service team for delivery readiness.
- Support branch operations to ensure smooth sal
