Structural Repairs: Repairing and maintaining wooden or metal structures, including doors, doorframes, partitions, and walls throughout the cinema premises.
- Furniture & Fixture Maintenance: Repairing and fixing cinema seating (including recliners), lounge furniture, tables, and cabinets.
- Fixing & Installation: Handling woodwork, installing molding, and repairing drywall.
- Preventative Maintenance: Conducting routine inspections of the building to identify and address repair needs before they become major issues.
- Multitasking/Facility Support: Assisting with other facility tasks, which may include minor plumbing, masonry, or electrical repairs, especially in a "Multi-Skilled Technician" role.
- Safety Compliance: Ensuring all work adheres to safety regulations, including fire door inspections and maintaining clear, protected working areas.
