Job Title: Dispatch Executive - Factory Operations (Daman)

Location: Daman
Working Hours: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (Monday to Saturday)
Salary Range: ₹18,000 - ₹25,000 per month (based on experience and performance)

Job Summary

We are looking for a highly active, accurate, and responsible Dispatch Executive to manage daily factory dispatch operations involving more than 200 cartons across multiple product categories. The role requires strong coordination with office planning staff, supervision of labour teams, and end-to-end ownership of dispatch execution.

Key ResponsibilitiesDispatch Planning & Coordination
- Receive daily dispatch plans from office planning team
- Organize dispatch schedules efficiently as per priority and route
- Coordinate with transporters and loading teams for timely vehicle movement

Dispatch Execution & Supervision
- Ensure all cartons are:
- Properly packed
- Correctly stickered and labelled
- Segregated as per customer and route
- Supervise a team of labourers for:
- Picking and segregation
- Loading and unloading




- Safe and accurate placement in vehicles
- Ensure zero mismatch in:
- Quantity
- Product type
- Customer orders

Documentation & Process Control
- Maintain dispatch records and daily movement reports
- Verify challans, invoices, e-way bills, and transporter documents
- Ensure all dispatch processes are followed as per company SOP

Software & Reporting
- Update dispatch status in company systems (Zoho or similar ERP)
- Track dispatch completion and report delays or issues immediately
- Maintain basic Excel and system records

Quality, Safety & Discipline
- Ensure proper handling of cartons to avoid damage
- Enforce discipline and productivity among labour team
- Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in dispatch area
- Experience in factory dispatch, warehouse, logistics, or production operations
- Able to manage high-volume dispatch (200+ cartons daily):
