Position Summary - Executive / Sr. Executive - Production (Electrical)

We are seeking an experienced and technically strong Executive - Production (Electrical)



to lead and support electrical operations in a high-speed manufacturing environment. The role demands advanced expertise in PLC-HMI programming, servo-based automation systems, and production equipment, along with strong ownership of quality, safety, and continuous improvement initiatives.

The incumbent will be responsible for ensuring uninterrupted production, driving process optimization, and maintaining high standards of safety, quality, and TPM compliance. This position plays a key role in mentoring junior team members and collaborating cross-functionally to achieve operational excellence.

Key ResponsibilitiesProduction & Automation
- Lead PLC & HMI programming, modification, and optimization for automated production lines.
- Manage and troubleshoot servo-based systems, drives, VFDs, SCADA, and industrial automation networks.
