About the Company

INFINITE Footwear Manufacturing is a growing footwear production unit focused on quality, compliance, and timely delivery. We are looking for a motivated and result-driven Merchandiser to manage orders from development to shipment.

Job Role & Responsibilities
- Handle buyer communication and order follow-ups
- Manage product development, sampling, and approvals
- Coordinate with production, quality, and sourcing teams
- Monitor production planning, timelines, and deliveries
- Ensure quality standards and buyer specifications are met
- Maintain costing, PO tracking, and documentation
- Support audits and compliance-related requirements

HSC / Graduate / Diploma in Fashion, Footwear Technology, Merchandising, or related field

Experience:
- Freshers from manufacturing industries with strong coordination and management skills are welcome to apply




- Freshers with relevant education in Footwear Manufacturing can apply
- 2-5 years experience in footwear merchandising will be an added advantage

Skills Required:
✔ Strong communication & coordination skills
✔ Good knowledge of manufacturing processes
✔ Proficient in MS Excel, PowerPoint & reporting
✔ Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

Salary & Benefits

Salary: ₹16,000 to ₹30,000 per month (based on experience, skills, and knowledge level)
