Job Summary:
The Furniture Project Coordinator is responsible for managing furniture projects end-to-end, from order handover and payment verification to site measurement, production coordination, quality control, delivery, and project closure. The role ensures that customer requirements are accurately executed within committed timelines while maintaining quality standards and delivering a seamless client experience.

Key Responsibilities:
Order & Documentation
- Review and understand customer orders received from the Sales Executive, including specifications, finishes, timelines, and payment schedules.
- Ensure accurate documentation and seamless handover from sales to execution.

Payment Verification
- Verify receipt of payments as per the agreed payment milestones before initiating site measurements or production.
- Coordinate with the Accounts team to confirm payment status and obtain clearances.

Site Measurement & Feasibility
- Visit client sites after payment confirmation to take accurate measurements and assess site feasibility.
- Ensure access, logistics,



and delivery feasibility to avoid execution or delivery issues.

Drawings & Client Approvals
- Prepare detailed furniture drawings based on final measurements and approved specifications.
- Obtain written client approvals before releasing orders into production.

Production Coordination
- Schedule approved orders into production and coordinate with the Production team.
- Track progress against committed timelines and proactively escalate delays.
- Ensure correct ordering and timely dispatch of raw materials in required quantities.

Quality Control
- Conduct quality checks at multiple stages of production to ensure adherence to design, finish, and quality standards.
- Perform final quality inspection of finished products and document with photographs and videos.

Client Validation
- Share QC images/videos with clients or arrange final inspections prior to dispatch.
- Ensure final client approval before deli
