Key Responsibilities
- Outbound/Inbound Calling: Engaging with prospective students and parents to explain course details, curriculum, fees, and placement opportunities.
- Lead Conversion: Following up on leads from various sources to secure admissions, often working towards specific monthly, weekly, or daily targets.
- Database Management: Maintaining detailed, accurate records of all interactions and student data in CRM systems.

Required Skills and Qualifications
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English and regional languages.
- Sales-Oriented: A driven, persuasive, and target-oriented approach.
- Experience: 0-2+ years in tele-sales, counseling, or educational consulting, with many positions accepting freshers.
- Technical Skills: Basic computer proficiency, including MS Office and Excel.
- Education: Generally requires a graduate degree or, in some cases, a 12th-pass certificate.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
