The GSA - Housekeeping is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, hygiene, and overall appearance of guest rooms and public areas, ensuring a comfortable and pleasant experience for all guests while upholding the hotel’s quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
- Clean and service guest rooms, bathrooms, corridors, and assigned public areas as per hotel standards
- Change bed linen, replenish amenities, towels, and guest supplies
- Ensure proper handling and usage of housekeeping equipment and chemicals
- Report maintenance issues, damages, or safety hazards immediately
- Follow lost and found procedures strictly
- Maintain cleanliness of housekeeping pantry and storage areas
- Adhere to hotel policies, SOPs, and safety & hygiene standards




- Respond courteously to guest requests and complaints, escalating when required
- Coordinate with Front Office and Maintenance for room status and guest requirements
- Maintain grooming, hygiene, and qualified conduct at all times

Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum education: 10th / 12th standard with Diploma in HM
- Prior housekeeping experience in a hotel/resort is an advantage
- Freshers can be considered

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹14,500.00 - ₹16,500.00 per month
