Job Title: Medical Representative

A Medical Representative promotes healthcare products and services to doctors, hospitals, and clinics. The goal is to increase product awareness, build strong professional relationships, and achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
- Visit hospitals, doctors, clinics, and healthcare centers regularly
- Explain product perks, usage, and key features clearly
- Promote new product launches
- Achieve monthly sales targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals
- Organize product presentations and awareness activities in hospitals
- Collect market feedback and competitor information
- Submit daily and weekly sales reports

Required Skills:
- Strong communication and presentation skills




- Good understanding of healthcare products
- Confidence in product detailing
- Relationship-building ability
- Target-driven mindset
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and reporting

Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences / Biotechnology / Nursing / Healthcare-related field preferred
- 3 years of experience in medical or healthcare sales

Salary & Incentives
- Up to ₹25,000 per month (maximum fixed salary)
- Additional incentives based on achieving or exceeding sales targets.

Pay: ₹23,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
