Job Description: Sales Executive / Business Development Executive

About the Company:
Sukaal Creation® is a Surat-based branding and design studio working with startups and growing businesses to create strong and impactful brand communication. Our core services include logo design, brand identity creation, packaging design, brochure and catalogue design, exhibition and stall branding, along with complete digital and print design solutions. We help brands present themselves in a professional, premium, and consistent manner across all platforms.

Timing: 10 AM to 7 PM (Monday to Saturday)

- Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming leads provided by the company
- Understand client requirements during calls or meetings
- Prepare and share quotations as per client needs
- Perform regular follow-ups with leads




- Close deals and convert prospects into clients
- Coordinate with internal team after deal closure

Required Skills:
- Solid communication skills in English & Hindi
- Good convincing, negotiation, and follow-up skills
- Ability to understand client needs and propose solutions
- Target-driven and self-motivated
- Basic understanding of sales process (training provided for freshers)

Education (Preferred, Not Mandatory):
- BBA
- MBA
- B.Com

Experience:
- Fresher, Experienced both Can apply

Salary & Incentives:
- Fresher / Beginner: Up to ₹12,000 per month
- Incentive: 5% commission on each project closed
