Job Summary

This is a night shift job, where you will be responsible for making outbound calls to prospects or customers in the US. The purpose of these calls includes cold calling and validating leads for our buyers. You will be working in a dynamic workplace with a focus on lead generation and customer validation.You will be responsible for making outbound calls to prospects or customers in the US market.
- The role operates on a 5-day work week.
- Willingness to work in night shifts (US time zone)
- Good verbal communication skills in English

Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospects or customers in the US
- Conduct cold calls and validate leads for buyers
- Follow established scripts,



but also be able to engage customers in meaningful conversations
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
- Ensure high-quality service while adhering to performance and call targets
- Meet targets for conversion rates and call volume:
- Maintain professionalism in all interactions
