Job Title: Digital Marketing - Meta Ads Expert (AI Hands-on Experience)Role Overview

We are looking for a performance-driven Digital Marketing professional with robust expertise in Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) and practical experience using AI tools for campaign optimization, creatives, and automation.

Key Responsibilities
- Plan, create, and manage Meta ad campaigns for leads, sales, and brand awareness
- Optimize campaigns using AI-based insights, targeting, creatives, and automation tools:
- Analyze performance metrics (CTR, CPC, ROAS, conversions) and improve results
- Coordinate with the creative and content team for high-converting ad creatives
- Conduct A/B testing on audiences, copies, and creatives
- Prepare weekly/monthly performance reports with actionable insights

Required Skills:
- Strong hands-on experience with Facebook Ads Manager & Instagram Ads:




- Knowledge of AI marketing tools for creatives, copywriting, analytics, and automation
- Understanding of funnel strategy, audience targeting, retargeting, and scaling:
- Ability to read data and optimize campaigns for ROI:
- Basic knowledge of landing pages and conversion tracking (Pixel, events, etc.)

Experience
- 1-4 years in performance marketing / Meta Ads
- Proven campaign results or portfolio preferred

Bonus Skills
- Google Ads or other paid platforms
- AI video/image creative tools
- E-commerce or lead generation campaign experience

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,894.26 - ₹41,173.22 per month
