Job Overview

Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and manage paid advertising campaigns across:
- Google Ads (Search, Display, Performance Max)
- LinkedIn Ads
- YouTube Ads
- Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) - added advantage
- Strategize complete campaign structures including:
- Platform selection
- Budget allocation
- Funnel planning
- Audience targeting
- Perform in-depth keyword research and competitive analysis
- Monitor campaign performance daily and optimize for:
- CPL, CPA, ROAS, CTR, and conversions
- Troubleshoot underperforming campaigns and take corrective actions quickly
- Track, analyze, and report campaign performance using relevant tools
- Present clear performance updates and insights to clients
- Coordinate with the account manager to align on client expectations and delivery




- Maintain detailed case studies of successful campaigns and optimizations
- Support SEO initiatives with:
- Basic SEO knowledge
- Website content improvement suggestions
- Landing page optimization inputs

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 4 years of experience in performance marketing
- Strong expertise in Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads
- Proven track record with multiple successful campaign case studies
- Excellent keyword research and analytical skills
- Solid understanding of conversion tracking and performance metrics
- Ability to independently manage multiple campaigns and clients
- Good communication and client-handling skills
- Working knowledge of SEO fundamentals and website content optimization
- Detail-oriented with a performance-first mindset
