Job Title: Import & Export Executive

Location: Mumbai

Role Summary

We are looking for a detail-driven Import & Export Executive to manage international trade operations, ensure regulatory compliance, and strengthen logistics coordination. The role requires structured documentation control and proactive shipment management to ensure seamless cross-border transactions.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end import and export documentation.
- Prepare commercial invoices, packing lists, BL/AWB, and related documents.
- Coordinate with CHA, freight forwarders, and shipping lines.
- Ensure compliance with customs and DGFT regulations.
- Track shipments and monitor delivery timelines.
- Calculate duties, taxes, and landed cost analysis.
- Maintain proper records of all import-export transactions.




- Coordinate with accounts for payment processing (LC, advance, etc.).
- Resolve shipment and documentation discrepancies.

Eligibility Criteria
- Graduate in Commerce / International Business / Supply Chain.
- 1-3 years of experience in import-export operations.
- Knowledge of customs procedures and trade documentation.
- Familiarity with INCOTERMS and logistics processes.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP systems preferred.
- Robust coordination and communication skills.
