Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
- Counsel students/clients on study, work, and PR visa options
- Assess client profiles and recommend suitable countries and visa categories
- Explain visa requirements, documentation, timelines, and costs clearly
- Coordinate with internal teams and international partners
- Maintain accurate client records and follow up on leads
- Stay updated with immigration rules and embassy guidelines

Eligibility & Skills Required:
- Minimum 1-3 years experience as a Visa Counsellor / Immigration Consultant
- Knowledge of countries like Canada, Australia, UK, USA, Europe (edit as needed)
- Strong communication & counselling skills
- Target-oriented and good at lead conversion
- Ability to handle pressure and multiple cases
- Experience with CRM/software is a plus

Qualifications:
- Graduate / Post Graduate (any discipline)
- Relevant visa counselling certification is an advantage
