The IT Coordinator Trainee will assist the IT team in coordinating daily IT operations, supporting system users, and helping with basic technical and administrative tasks. This role is designed to provide hands-on training and exposure to IT coordination, support services, and project activities.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in coordinating IT-related activities and tasks within the organization.
- Support users with basic hardware, software, and network issues.
- Help in maintaining IT inventory, system records, and documentation.
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers for IT support when required.
- Assist in installation, configuration, and maintenance of systems and software.
- Support IT projects by tracking tasks and reporting progress.
- Ensure timely communication between IT team members and other departments.
- Follow company IT policies and data security guidelines.





Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Diploma or Degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field (or pursuing).
- Basic knowledge of computers, networking, and operating systems.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to recent technologies.
- Basic documentation and reporting skills.
- Ability to work as part of a team.

Preferred Skills:
- Familiarity with office networks and basic troubleshooting.
- Knowledge of MS Office and basic IT tools.
- Any internship or academic project in IT is an advantage.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
