Title:Project Management Office (PMO) Lead/Manager

Location:Pune / Hyderabad / Mohali

Job Summary:
The PMO Lead is responsible for the overall governance, standardization, and strategic alignment of projects within the organization. This role ensures that the project portfolio is managed effectively, resources are optimized, and all initiatives drive toward the company’s core business objectives.

Responsibilities:
Standardization & Governance
- Establish and enforce project management methodologies, processes, and best practices across the organization.
- Ensure all projects adhere to established governance frameworks.

Portfolio Management
- Manage project portfolios, prioritize initiatives, and allocate resources based on organizational needs.
- Forecast future resource and project needs to ensure long-term scalability.

Monitoring & Reporting
- Track project progress, performance metrics, risks, and issues.
- Provide comprehensive reporting to senior management regarding portfolio health and status.

Support & Training




- Coach project managers and provide necessary training to elevate team capabilities.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and lessons-learned sessions across departments.

Strategic Alignment & Collaboration
- Ensure all projects support overall business objectives and strategic goals.
- Collaborate with other department leaders on project definition and prioritization.

Execution & Financial Oversight
- Oversee the entire project lifecycle: Initiation, Planning, Execution, and Closure.
- Manage project budgets, financial data, and resource allocation to ensure fiscal responsibility.

Continuous Improvement
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives and manage the change management process to enhance project delivery.

Mandatory Skills:
